Explore Cusco’s historic sites, including Koricancha Temple, Cusco Cathedral, and nearby Inca ruins like Kenko, Puca Pucará, and Tambomachay. End the day with a traditional “Pago a la Tierra” ceremony led by a local shaman.
• After breakfast, we´ll start our private City Tour, visiting first, Koricancha Temple the
most important Inca site in the city, where we´ll be able to see firsthand the impressive engineering techniques used by the Incas to build their massive temples.
• Then, we´ll visit the Cusco Cathedral, with its many colonial paintings, frescoes, and massive altars carved from wood and covered in gold leaf.

• The tour continues to visit four Inca sites near the city of Cusco: Kenko, Puca Pucará and Tambomachay, a temple dedicated to the power of Water. Finally, we´ll walk around the impressive Sacsayhuaman, a ceremonial center where the Inti Raymi takes place every year. This place was built with some of the largest blocks of rock in the whole empire, weighing many tons each.
• After this exploration, we´ll get in touch with the energy of the Apus (Mountains) and connect to the Pacha Mama (Mother Earth) in the most traditional of Andean
ceremonies, the “Pago a la Tierra” (Offering to the Earth)
• We´ll experience this traditional ceremony led by a local Shaman and learn about an integral part of Peruvian culture.
• After this incredible moment of connection, we´ll head back to Cusco
